Welcome to DwellPick. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, luxury home choice services, digital information products, and curated goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

DwellPick provides bespoke luxury home choice services, including personalized consultation, property previews, and interior styling recommendations. To schedule, clients submit a request via our Contact Form. All appointment times are subject to availability.

2.1 Service Fees and Scheduling

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm each consultation appointment. You may reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours are subject to a new deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. No refunds are provided after a service has commenced, as time and resources are reserved exclusively for you.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides and e-brochures provide expert insights on selecting and styling luxury homes. Access to these products is immediate upon purchase.

3.1 Refunds for Digital Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the file in full. After download or expiration of the seven-day window, no refunds are granted due to the intangible nature of the content.

4. Curated Goods

DwellPick offers a selection of luxury home décor items and accessories. Each product listing includes detailed care instructions and shipping information.

4.1 Returns and Exchanges for Goods

You may return eligible goods within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact our team via the Contact Form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges are processed in the same timeframe.
